Welcome to Indiecon
Where are we / Registering your Arrival
/ Accommodation
When you arrive at Naish you need to make your
way to the main entrance. You'll find parking available at the
front of the building and also additional car parks throughout
the site.
The Indiecon reception area will be visible as
you walk through the main doors, opposite the children's 'ball
park area'. Its here that you can obtain your pass, whether that
is for a day, two or the duration of the convention.
Gaming Slots
We current have 9 Gaming
event slots (approximately 4 hours of gaming per slot). The
first slot starting Friday 9.00 a.m., however, open gaming is
available from Thursday lunch-time.
To sign up for your chosen game you will need
to go to the main entrance where you will find
the sign up sheets pinned on the notice board. Sign up sheets
will be posted regularly prior to the slot itself. Place your
name on the sheet and it is booked.
Where do I need to go before the slot
is due to start?
Prior to the slot starting time, go to the sign
up sheet area, where the person running the event will come to
get you.
What if I have a game of my own that I
want to run?
If you want to run a game of your own come to
the main desk and ask for a sign up sheet,
where you can fill in the details and post it on the board.

Convention Passes |
If you would like
to come to the Convention and play just 1 game the cost
for a ticket will be £4.00.
If however, you wanted to stay for the day the cost will
be £10 per day or £20 for upto 3 days.
(Day passes entitle you to unlimited games).

If you have booked accommodation,
payment will be due latest on arrival and a refundable deposit
of £10 per set of keys will also be required which must
be paid to us in cash upon arrival.
You will be required to sign for the keys and return them
to us upon departure in order to reclaim your deposit.
You will then be issued with your Convention pass which
will display either your name or the names of your accommodation
party upto the allowance of the accommodation.

Hobourne provides a Snack Bar and Takeaway
service where you are able to purhase a selection of foods.
Two licenced bars are also available. |
For those staying in the park you may want to bring your
own supplies with you. A Tesco's is also available about a
20 min walk from the site. |
Smoking |
Problems or Questions |
| The main site is a no smoking building, however,
ashtrays are provided outside. |

one, and will attempt to help answer / sort any problems you
